Ss15 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
Please read this document carefully before using any ss15 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss15 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ss15 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without any refund of account balances.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate information at registration may result in your account being closed. ss15 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ss15 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
- Accounts must be registered under the account holder's real, legal name.
- Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- Users are responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
- Ss15 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the ss15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, FPX, and approved e-wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified, which can be reviewed in your account.
Withdrawals will be processed once all relevant conditions have been met, including identity verification where required. ss15 does not bear any charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account details provided are accurate and registered under the account holder's name. ss15 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or inaccurate banking details submitted by the user. Any attempt to withdraw funds through fraudulent means will be subject to legal action.
Bonuses, promotions, and free credits credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements and withdrawal limits, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users of the ss15 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Misuse of the platform, including any attempt to manipulate games, systems, or platform software, is strictly prohibited.
Activities that are strictly prohibited on the ss15 platform include:
- Using automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Creating more than one account or sharing an account with another individual.
- Uploading or distributing unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content through the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure of the ss15 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and/or legal action.

Ss15 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gaming, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account. Intellectual Property
All content available on the ss15 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the property of ss15 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written consent from ss15.

The ss15 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and ss15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss15 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for any reasonable cause, including breaches of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a breach, ss15 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance or unclaimed winnings. To voluntarily close an account, users must contact the ss15 support team.
Changes to These Terms
Ss15 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the ss15 platform shall first be resolved through confidential discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
